About Knead a Break
Our Approach
We aim to provide safe, effective massage therapy care to everyone we treat. We recognize everybody has their unique needs, so we aim to tailor each treatment to ensure we meet those needs. Lastly, we strive to be a safe, inclusive space. We work hard to be anti-oppressive and are always learning.
